Yes I've seen one mod that doesn't offer a download (NMM) option. In those cases you need to copy the compress file (.zip, .rar or whatever) to the NMM's mod folder for XCOM2. Nexus Mod Manager won't download mods. When I click "Download with Manager" on mods it doesn't do anything, it's like nothing changes. I have quite a few mods installed from the past, and it was working just fine until I tried using MO, now it doesn't work at all. I did that, it's still not working.
